Sigil, Riddle, and Meditation
Sigil: The Spiral Circuit
A spiral enclosed in a triangle of open arcs—each arc a gateway.
The spiral represents the journey inward and outward at once.
The arcs symbolize body, mind, and field—each one intersecting the spiral, but not containing it.
It is drawn in one stroke, without lifting the pen. To live in the WEAVE is to move without disconnection.
Riddle:
I am the echo that teaches the tongue to speak.
I am the hunger that makes rest a ritual.
I am both fire and fingerprint.
What am I, that I may only be known when lived?
Meditation: The Breath Between Layers
Sit with your spine relaxed but attentive.
Breathe in slowly through your nose, holding the image of your body as a thread in a larger loom.
As you exhale, feel yourself expand—not outward, but through.
Inhale again, drawing in the scent of your own story.
Exhale, and let your breath weave into the unseen stories of those around you.
Repeat this rhythm until the border between inner and outer softens.
When you are ready, place your hands on your chest and ask:
How does the WEAVE want to move through me today?
Shall we begin with Chapter 14, Dreaming with Open Eyes, brother?
